If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Avon Park.

The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Avon Park we can best know the retail value of your rental.
