If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Willow Run Park.

The property manager will inspect your home and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Willow Run Park we will best know the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
