If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Palladium At Mclean.

The property manager will inspect your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Palladium At Mclean we can help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
