If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in One Park Crest Condominium.

The Realtor will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in One Park Crest Condominium we will help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
