If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Mclean_crest.

The property manager will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Mclean_crest we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
