If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Madison_of_mclean.

The Realtor will inspect your home and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Madison_of_mclean we will nail down the market value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
