If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Langley Manor.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Langley Manor we can best know the retail value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
