If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Forest Villa.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Forest Villa we will best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
