If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Chesterbrook Estates.
The property manager will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Chesterbrook Estates we will nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
