If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Broyhills Mclean Estates.

The real estate agent will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Broyhills Mclean Estates we can best know the market value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
