If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in River_Oaks.
The property manager will inspect your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home.
