If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Chesterbrook.

The property manager will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Chesterbrook we will help determine the actual value of your property.
