If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Belmont Park Estates.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Belmont Park Estates we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
