If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Residences_of_Lorton_Sta.

The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Residences_of_Lorton_Sta we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
