If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Harbor_View.
The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Harbor_View we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
