If your property requires a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Hallowing_Point_River_Estates.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Hallowing_Point_River_Estates we can help determine the actual value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
