If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Woodland_park.

The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Woodland_park we will nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
