If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Sasscers Hill.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property.
