If your rental needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Grand Hamptons Ii.

The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home.
