If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Bryson_At_Woodland_Park.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Bryson_At_Woodland_Park we will best know the market value of your rental.
