If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Patrician Woods.

The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Patrician Woods we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
