If your home needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Hickory Vale Farm.

The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Hickory Vale Farm we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
