If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Hampton Woods.

The property manager will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Hampton Woods we can nail down the market value of your real estate investment.
