If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Vannoy_park.

The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Vannoy_park we will help determine the actual value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
