If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Town_of_clifton.

The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Town_of_clifton we will best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
