If your rental needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Little_rocky_run.

The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Little_rocky_run we can help determine the retail value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
