If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Features.
The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Features we will best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
