If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Clifton_overlook.

The property manager will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Clifton_overlook we will best know the market value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
