Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Clifton_hunt_two.
The real estate agent will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.
