If your rental needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Clifton_hunt_two.

The real estate agent will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Clifton_hunt_two we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
