If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Clifton Pines.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Clifton Pines we will help determine the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
