If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Chapel_trails.

The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Chapel_trails we can nail down the market value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
