One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Centreville Green.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Centreville Green we will best know the actual value of your real estate investment.
