If your rental needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Wyckland.

The Realtor will inspect your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Wyckland we will nail down the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
