If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Springdale_Estates.

The Realtor will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Springdale_Estates we will best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
