If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Mill_Branch.

The property manager will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Mill_Branch we will nail down the retail value of your property.
