We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Countryview.
The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Countryview we will best know the retail value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
