If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Clifton_Ridge.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Clifton_Ridge we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
