If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Chantilly_Estates.

The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Chantilly_Estates we will best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
