If your home needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Sully Station Ii.

The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Sully Station Ii we will nail down the market value of your home.
