If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Lee_overlook.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Lee_overlook we will best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
