If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Jillians_forest.

The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Jillians_forest we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
