If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Hunters_pond.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Hunters_pond we can best know the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
