We don't just find tenants. We find good tenants.

The key to discovering a good renter is starting with an understanding of the standards that make up the ideal
We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Heritage Crossing.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that will improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Heritage Crossing we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
