One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Fairfax_national_estates.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Fairfax_national_estates we will help determine the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
