If your rental requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Faircrest.
The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that could improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Faircrest we can nail down the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
