If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Crooked_creek.

The real estate agent will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Crooked_creek we can best know the market value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
