If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Country_club_manor.

The Realtor will inspect your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Country_club_manor we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
