Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Sully_Manor.
The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Sully_Manor we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
