If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Compton_Village.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Compton_Village we can best know the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
