If your rental requires a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Center_Terrace.

The property manager will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Center_Terrace we can help determine the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
